10 Points A Day

  • Drink 64oz. Fluid
  • No Food After 8:30
  • Exercise 45 Minutes (2)
  • Take Multi-Vitamin
  • Healthy/Portioned Dinner
  • Healthy/Portioned Lunch
  • Healthy/Portioned Breakfast
  • No Unhealthy Snacks
  • No Sweets With Sugar
